• Terms and Conditions

    The terms and conditions explain our services to you as our customer and obligation to us (LikeableTours). Please read these terms and condition carefully.

  • Booking & Booking Confirmation
  • Bookings are made with LikeableTours reservation officer in writing, by email, using the booking page of the LikeableTours website or by visiting the office in person. The booking is confirmed after the tourist has completed a booking form. Tourists fill in a visitor information form when they begin their tour.

  • Walk-in booking
  • Bookings may be made by visiting the LikeableTours reservation officer at LikeableTours office. Bookings are confirmed after the tourist pays for their tours and fills in a visitor information form

  • Flexibility
  • Bookings are accepted in accordance with client recognizes and accepts the uncertainties in the travel industry. LikeableTours retains to change up to 15% of the original itinerary. Changing program will be done only for the purpose of safety, increasing tourists’ experiences, unforeseen circumstances, or at the request of tourists. Changes will always be made in agreement with tourists. If the program is changed at tourists’ request, any additional costs will be charged direct to tourists.

  • Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining 50% should be paid 7 days before the tour starts.

  • Payment Methods
  • Cash or Bank Transfer

    Payment by cash should be made to LikeableTours office

    Payment by bank transfer should be made to Managing Director of LikeableTours Bank Account

  • Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations must be advised in writing or by email. The cancellation takes effect from the day written confirmation is received. The cancellations term applies as below conditions:


    1. No charge if the cancellation is made 30 days before the tour starts

    2. If you cancel between 21 days and 29 days before the tour starts, we will keep you 20% of the total package price.

    3. If you cancel between 8 and 20 days before the tour starts, we will keep you 40% of the total package price.

    4. 85% will be charged if you cancel between 7 days or less

    5. No reimbursement will be given 24 hours before the tour starts.

    6. If the reimbursement is required by E-transfer through a bank, Western Union, etc., the transfer will be covered by client.


    All day tour bookings should be paid in full at the point of booking (unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable). Please kindly note that in the unlikely event that we cancel the trip for any reason, we will repay all day tour fees in full amount of total package.

  • Insurance
  • We require all the clients on Day Tours and Multi-day Tours to have their own insurance. Insurance is excluded in the cost of any LikeableTours’ experiences. The clients accept responsibility to ensure they have adequate personal coverage for their trip.

  • Privacy policy
  • Some of the personal information, LikeableTours collects during your booking may be provided to third party suppliers where completely necessary, such as hotel reservations or booking transportation…etc. We will never share your email address with the third parities. We hope we don’t disturb you if we email you from time to time with e-newsletter updates, and you’re always welcome unsubscribe of these updates from the LikeableTeam.


    From time to time we like to take photos of our experiences for marketing purposes. These may be shared online and/ or in print. Please let us know in advance if you would prefer not to have your photo taken or shared.

  • Special Notes
  • Tourists’ Code of Conduct
  • LikeableTours is a responsible travel agency. We require our clients to travel responsibly by following the code of conduct with Do’s & Don’ts below:

    Do’s
    • - Be friendly to villagers and other tourists, and always respond to a smile with a smile
    • - Do put your garbage into rubbish bins
    • - Ask questions as many as you can during the tour
    • - Respect local religions, belief & cultures
    • - Dress suitably: women must cover their shoulders and wear at least below knee length or a skirt/Sarung, even when swimming
    • - Ask for permission before taking photographs of any Cambodian people or monks
    • - Take off shoes and hat when entering someone’s houses, pagoda, and/ or meeting someone who is older than you
    • - If you’re invited to a Cambodian party, it would be polite to bring a gift
    • - Use both hands or right hand to give or to accept something from Cambodian people
    • - Cover your open mouth when using toothpick, sneezing, coughing, yawning
    Don’ts
    • - Don’t give gifts to kids informally. We don’t want to encourage beggars
    • - Don’t touch people on the head and try not to point your feet at people or an object
    • - Don’t show affection in public
    • - Don’t take a shower together while staying in a homestay
    • - Don’t use any forbidden substances such as drugs and be moderate when drinking alcohol
    • - Don’t begin eating if you are a guest at a dinner until the host has taken a bite
    • - Don’t buy any wild animal products from villagers or support any manner of wild animal abuse
    • - Don’t step over food or even somebody else
    • - Monks are forbidden to touch or be touched by a woman
    • - Don’t show violence to any person
    • - Don’t make sexual advances to any Cambodian, male or female, children or adults
    • - Don’t smoke in front of others if they are not smoking
